The full student lifecycle, in one system.

Newton School Management System supports the complete student lifecycle — from online application and registrar review to enrollment, student records, attendance, payments, official receipts, academic scheduling, student care, reporting, and administrative control. It's suitable for private schools, learning centers, tutorial institutions, training academies, and educational organizations that need a centralized operations platform.

The Problem

Schools were running enrollment, attendance, payments, and records across disconnected spreadsheets, paper forms, and manual tracking — with no shared source of truth between admissions, the registrar, and accounting.

The Approach

Built a single platform carrying a student from online application through registrar review, enrollment, attendance, tuition assessment, payments, official receipts, and student care — all tied to one record.

The Result

A structured digital workflow replacing paper-based enrollment, spreadsheet billing, and informal student-welfare follow-up with one auditable, role-based system.
