I designed and built a full-stack construction operations platform that unifies CRM, estimating, project management, accounting, inventory, payroll, and warranty tracking. The system guides a contractor from initial project intake through proposal generation, contract preparation, project delivery, payment collection, cost tracking, and post-completion warranty service. It combines structured construction workflows with AI-assisted document generation, receipt scanning, role-based access, financial dashboards, and Supabase-backed data persistence.
